Parents found it difficult to discover and book children’s events at the State Library due to a hidden entry point and complex web-based process. I redesigned the experience by remapping the booking journey and creating a dedicated mobile app that centralises event information and simplifies rejoining recurring sessions. The new design made event discovery intuitive and reduced the steps needed to complete a booking, supporting busy parents in engaging with the library’s programs more easily.
